Apple finally debuted the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max during its September event, after months of rumors and speculation. And this pair of iPhones represents a huge shift.
Not only is the controversial display notch gone, but the iPhone 14 Pro also has a new 48-megapixel main camera, a new A16 Bionic engine, and other enhancements. In fact, we’d argue this is one of the most notable iPhone Pro enhancements in a long time, offering far more than the basic iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Plus.
Apple revealed the following features for the series during the Far Out launch event:
At the top of the phone screen is a bubble feature known as the “Dynamic Island,” which is configured to show activities like music, sports scores, and FaceTime among others without necessarily drawing you away from what you are doing at the time.
6.1 and 6.7 inches, respectively, are the sizes of the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus. They also have upgraded sensors, a new camera system with a 12 Megapixel main camera, a quicker aperture, and a longer battery life.
They have a front camera with focusing capabilities, a new action mode, and other features that let users stabilize movies while moving.
Apple has advanced in this area by removing the SIM card and substituting an electronic SIM (e-SIM). You can quickly start making calls and sending texts after digitally activating your new phone for this purpose. The eSIM cannot be removed in the event that your phone is stolen or misplaced, unlike the typical physical card.
In addition, the new series features a tougher smartphone glass that is water resistant and made of surgical-grade stainless steel in 6.1 and 6.7 display sizes.

The phone can automatically identify the loss of cell and wifi connections, and as a result, it will be able to immediately connect to the closest satellite. You can use satellite messaging to text emergency services.

It takes time, though, to send SMS through satellite. The communication may be sent in very little about 15 seconds under ideal circumstances, but it might take up to a minute when there is little or no cover.
Car Accident Detection
The iPhone 14 series is designed in such a way that it can recognize when you are in an accident and notify emergency services, your close family, or friends on your emergency contact list.
Apple claims that the phone has been equipped with 1 million hours of actual driving and accident data to aid the AI in identifying collisions.
