The Uganda Christian University (UCU) School of Business (SoB) has become the fourth of UCU’s 11 schools/faculties to have a formalized professional group for all its programs. For the SoB, it’s called a “society.”

Relying on God, Mugabe persevered to graduate with time and technical obstacles – both before and after Covid-restriction challenges. Mugabe says that in his first semester, he could not do his assignments on time due to the fact that he did not have a laptop and a smartphone. He borrowed a laptop from a friend to accomplish the coursework and assignments, but not always on a deadline.

A short movie titled “My Degree” has been released by journalism students from Uganda Christian University (UCU). The film is a brief, captivating work whose central message emphasizes the value of humility in moral character and virtue, both of which are lacking in the majority of university students.

As a teenager and the first born of four, it was mentally challenging for her. On top of sitting for her senior four exams with no assurance of her father’s being released, her mother’s health deteriorated. She was diagnosed with hypertension and was always in and out of hospitals at the time, yet they had no support, not even from relatives.

There are plenty of big, dumb action movies out there that can deliver thrills without taxing the mind. And then there are films that are so outrageously stupid that they transcend guilty pleasure and become a danger to themselves and those around them. Bullet Train is in the latter category. It’s so stupid that you wouldn’t trust it to cross the street alone, let alone navigate Japan’s Shinkansen high-speed rail network.
