On January 7, 2020, Uganda Christian University (UCU) awarded semester scholarships to 10 students in appreciation of their outstanding academic performance. While handing out the Vice Chancellor’s Awards to the students, former Vice Chancellor John Senyonyi said the gesture was a motivation for excellence at the university.

However, a group of students from Uganda Christian University (UCU) pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management sought to find a solution to this escalating evil by developing plastic tiles.

Asked how she felt about this win, Ndyemanya said this was a turning point in her life. “This is a huge opportunity for me. It reminds me to be intentional with everything and that there is a future. I am so grateful to God for this opportunity, “she added.
