The last weekend of the month culminated into a great sports fest. The quarterfinals of the Africa Cup of Nations took place, the Australian open came to its conclusion while the UCU Canons won another 3×3 tournament as their preparations continue for the University world cup in October. These are the moments of the week.
Uganda Christian University (UCU) has once again shown its dominance in continental sports after the institution’s two teams qualified for this year’s university basketball World Cup.
The guild debate was live on Urban Television, and started at exactly 10:06 pm with presidential candidates, Ayebare Phillip bravo, a Business Administration student and Mirembe Sserwada Racheal a Law student, both at Uganda Christian University (UCU).
