Alan Galpin Health Centre. The exercise was conducted between November 9th to 12 th .
The vaccination is aimed at protecting both students and staff against Covid-19.
The University has collaborated with the Ministry of Health to conduct the vaccination
at the health facility. Over 800 UCU community members have been vaccinated at the
facility this year.
The facility uses three main vaccines: AstraZeneca, Sinovac, and Pfizer.
Both students and staff have welcomed the idea of getting vaccinated at the University.

Ministry described the move as a step in right direction.
“I believe that the ongoing vaccination at the University is the best way to protect us and
the people we love at the University against the pandemic,” Nalukwago said, “Thank you
UCU administration.”
She appealed to students to utilise the opportunity to receive the vaccine.
