    Dear Editor

It has come to my notice that many persons are blinded more by wealth other than health nowadays. Many people have worked tooth and nail to become rich.

However, they have left out how to live a healthy life to work for more money. It is one’s choice to decide how to live a life that will never run short or long.

It is funny to find out that people term bad food to be good yet it is the worst for their bodies. The poor have lived long not knowing it’s because of the kind of food they eat unlike the rich who are always feeding on supermarket food well known for refined food that is not

    good for anyone’s health.

Local food such as cassava, beans, peas, potatoes, and many others are good for one’s health. They consist of nutrients from the soil and these foods are natural.

Water is also very important because it helps in cleansing the body during the process of urinating and sweating. Water prevents dehydration which can cause complications like constipation.

    Rhoda Nakawooza

I call upon people to first think about their lives before any other choices because when your body is not right; the rest of the day will not go on well as expected. More so, I urge everyone to take good care of themselves.
