    UCU falls to Ndejje elites in five-set encounter

    Set Scores:

    • Set One: 25-22
    • Set Two: 16-25
    • Set Three: 20-25
    • Set Four: 25-19
    • Decisive Set: 13-15

    The UCU Lady Doves came up just short against Ndejje Elites in a tightly contested National Volleyball League clash at Lugogo Indoor Arena on 26th January.

    The match swung back and forth, with UCU taking the first set 25-22 before Ndejje responded strongly, claiming the next two sets 25-16 and 25-20. The Lady Doves rallied to force a decisive fifth set with a 25-19 win in the fourth.

    In the final set, both teams displayed exceptional skill and determination, but Ndejje edged UCU 15-13 to secure the victory.

    Despite the loss, UCU showcased resilience and fighting spirit throughout the match. 

    The Lady Doves remain focused on their playoff ambitions and will look to bounce back in their upcoming fixture on 2nd February.
