Uganda Christian University (UCU) has announced the send-off programme for the late Pamela Tumwebaze, with a series of vigils and funeral services scheduled from February 11 to February 15.
According to the programme released by the university, a community worship service
celebrating her life will take place at 12pm at Nkoyoyo Hall at Uganda Christian
University, on Thursday, followed by a vigil at Emperor Hotel Naalya at 6pm.
A funeral service will be conducted the next day, Friday, February 13, at 10am, at
Uganda Christian University, Mukono. The body will then depart for Mbarara at
12pm., with a vigil scheduled for 6pm in Nkokonjeru, Mbarara.
On Saturday, February 14, another funeral service will be held at Nkokonjeru Church
of Uganda (COU), Mbarara. Thereafter, the body will proceed to Rubaya, with a night
vigil planned in Keigoshora, Rubaya, Kashari in Mbarara District.
Burial is scheduled for Sunday, February 15, at 12pm.
